how to generate the product_attribute_id in product page

In default the attributes are defined through the backoffice.

So the admin can defined the text color, print color etc...

 

In Default the attribute id created by the backend product attributes with the customer selected quantity.

 

Now our project needs the additional color selections are defined

in front office.So we need to customize the attribute id based on

the user color selection.The color selections are depends on the

text color , print color, etc...

 

We need to save the selected color product attributes in database as well as cookie

and fetch the proper product attributes are to be show in order detailed pages.

 

We need to selected color products are display in cart as well as the

order detailed page.

 

how is it possible...please help me
