NemoPS
Do you get it when you massively update all modules at once? It says you're running out of memory, which basically means you need more power

NemoPS
Then you might have more modules than what your hosting plan can manage. Is it a shared hosting?
vasan82
Then you might have more modules than what your hosting plan can manage. Is it a shared hosting? I bought the hosting from ipage.com . I dont know if they are having it as shared or dedicated ....I checked it with them and they asked for the actual issue ...they were able to increase the size and rectify this issue Thanks a lot for your support . I just provided the link of the page where i am facing this issue ... They have increased the size for that lnk alone i Guess .
hermanto
hiii I am getting this error when I login into admin area and click modules . you can try to clear Smarty cache 1. Open Prestashop admin panel and go to Advanced Parameters > Performance 2. Set Force compile to Yes and save changes. 3. Go to your front-office and refresh the store page. or you can clear manually For manual cache clear you need to access your Prestashop installation directory and delete the content of the following folders: cache/smarty/compile cache/smarty/cache img/tmp Delete all the files in the folders, except of index.php. Reload your website in browser to take a look at the changes you have made. That’s it! You should see the changes you made after cache is cleared.
