Problem with adding new addresses in 1.6.0.5

I've updated to Prestashop 1.6 lately, and it seems to be running pretty smooth so far - with the exception that, apparently, it's impossible to modify or add a new address. When I try to add a new address or modify an existing one, it just takes forever to load and then the browser tells me the page is unavailable. Could anybody help me out? I myself am not too good at php coding or database managing, and I'm not even entirely sure where to start looking. Is it some error with the addresses database? Or with the server? Thank you in advance.

 

UPDATE: I just tried creating a new address via the back office and it worked just fine. Trying to add a new one through the front office, though, still yields no results. Any ideas why that might be? What is different between creating a new address through back office and front office?

Maybe upgrade to 1.6.0.6 will fix this

I have the same problem using 1.4.6.2 version of Prestashop.

Any idea?

Any possible link with using friendly urls?
