Flmbx
I have this weird issue for some Paypal payments. Valid orders in Prestashop that have been payed with paypal turn automatically to "Canceled" after 1month+1day. This is weird because the orders are valid ones (Payment accepted) and were put on status "Shipped" a few days later. The customer receives his goods but I sometimes get emails after 1 mobth from customers asking why they receive mail regarding status of their order which has turned to "Canceled" while they have perfectly well received the goods. What is Paypal doing with these order statusses behind my back?
HETPE3B
What paypal do you use. If you use Advanced, may be you do not capture the payments?

202ecommerce
Hi, Paypal module do not have any update feature on existing orders. This issue must be driven by another addons. Thanks
Flmbx
but it only happens on Paypal orders... strange thing thanks anyway for the info.
bellini13
you could check your Paypal IPN history to confirm that Paypal is not sending you some strange update, just to rule that out. You might also have some cronjob running that you are not remembering? A cronjob is something that executes at certain intervals and performs some task repeatedly. I would also suggest going through your module list and look at all the install and enabled modules and review each one to see if it includes some strange auto cancel function
Flmbx
thanks will do. It also seems to happen with some of the bankwire payments so this is not Paypal related anymore.
