Randaal Posted April 11, 2014 Share Posted April 11, 2014 I have updated my Prestashop store from 1.5.6.0. to 1.6.0.5. and since then I have been facing a problem that prevents all my customers to create an order. Half of my products cannot be sent so they have only one carrier available - pick up in store. This carrier is enabled, all set and it works when I test it but my customers cannot choose any carrier since the only that should be available does not work somehow. Any ideas how to solve this? All my carriers are correctly configured, but the customer has no carrier option - just one (for Europe, when test customer is in the UK). Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Randaal Posted April 26, 2014 Author Share Posted April 26, 2014 I've already forgot about this thread - update: I have solved it by going through every single product (in the database) and found out that four of them were missing the warehouse assignment (I use advanced stock management) and these four produt were causing the problem if they were added to the cart.
