zakplata
Hi everybody. I am having a huge issue: When I started with PS about 5 years ago, I used a yahoo.com email account. Lately all emails being sent by PS (new customer's welcome messages, orders, payment confirmations, etc) are being returned as SPAM. I was told by my hosting company that I needed to create an account related to my website, not a generic account -which I did, All I need now is to change that email in my b.o. in Prestashop but it has been an impossible task. I have change it in the Mail Alerts Module, employees and E-mail configuration but still it is sending e-mail with the old email address. Please help! my version is 1.5.6.1. thank you very much! vekia
what email method you use? mail() function or SMTP ? if first one, try to switch it to smtp. i think that you've got problems due to the SPF. in addition, check ps_configuration table - it's more than possible that your email variable: PS_SHOP_EMAIL is doubled there. if so - remove doubled entry. NemoPS
In addition to what vekia said, do a global search in the database for your old address, and see if it pops out from somewhere
