Upgrade 1.5 to PS 1.6

Hello

 

-Have a current ecommerce store running on Prestashop 1.5  Need someone to help upgrade into the latest Prestashop version 1.6

-and i need new theme 1.6.  pls price theme + installation

Steps involved:
- Upgrade from Prestashop 1.5 to latest stable version 1.6
- Transfer all customer data, order history and products.
- Ensure the new upgraded site contains all information from previous Prestashop installation, is able to send & receive all emails, order number matching the old numbers, shipping rates remain the same.
