clever corporation
I noticed that immediately after today, you updated the module of home slider, slider image of my page does not appear. Does anyone have become the same symptoms?
Draygon
Yes, and the answer is you have to edit a TPL file. It is pointing to the wrong directory. Additionally I believe in some cases some have had to re-hoook the module to the home page. http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/318855-image-slider-for-your-homepage-module-not-working/?hl=%2Bdefault+%2Bmodules&do=findComment&comment=1631261 The above link is a solid working fix. I used the same fix myself and was back in business. You may have to look up what program you wish to open the TPL file with. I just used Dreamweaver. Best wishes. Draygon
I had the same problem after the update to that module today. The link I posted above in the previous reply does work. I used it and it is working.

clever corporation
/themes/default-bootstrap/modules/homeslider.tpl I was cured simply by Save Change to "homeslider/img" of the description in this file "homeslider/images".
Draygon
Yes, that is what was required. Apparently during an update someone forgot to make the needed changes or forgot to tell someone else. I'm stuck, I get we have to change a setting but how do we get to "yoursite"/themes/default-bootstrap/modules/homeslider and where is this file manager that;s quoted in the picture I see ? Modesco, You'll need to log into your server space and look in the directories there.

Names
This is not an issue you can fix in your store configuration. It requires modifying code in the MODUALE, untill they push another update*fix*. You can access the referenced file, and code through your hosts Cpanel/Parallels< Whatever you are using....FILE MANAGER. Best Luck.....
