Bill Dalton
First, if you copied all the old files you may need to delete your .htaccess file. Try that. You did not say if you have changed the name of the database or domain name?
jodysingh786
Yes the database name was changed. The domain name is the same.

jodysingh786
Yes I checked they match and the password too with the new database.
prestashop_newuser
Yes I checked they match and the password too with the new database. Change all the folder and file permission to 755. I had also the same issue. When I changed all the files and folder permission into 755 it worked for me. If still it does not work then make sure about the database name and and all from config/settings.inc.php file and also make change the shop_url from the database
jodysingh786
How to change the permission to 755?
prestashop_newuser
How to change the permission to 755? Login to your cpanel. Then go the folder where all of your prestashop files are stored. Inside the folder select all the files, right click and select on change permission. Then make the permission into 755.

walidon
according to the error, the url of your website is not correct! there is a mistake, can you go to your DB and in the table ps_shop_url and check there!

Bill Dalton
Can you put a small html file in the directory and see if you can reach that. Just enter <p> Hello World! </P> in a text file and call it test.html and then try to load it with buypharmacydrug.com/test.html
