USPS Module Not Working

The USPS module is working for me, but no one else seems to be able to use it. It doesn't matter what browser they're using or whether they've cleared their cache or whether they're signed in, whenever they try to purchase (and they've entered their state and zip), it doesn't bring up a carrier.

 

The USPS module technical support is being absolutely no help, as they just keep saying that it's working, but it's clearly not if we keep getting emails from customers saying they can't purchase. 

 

I did update to the latest version of the module, but it was having troubles before I updated. 

 

Any ideas??

For me it shows 2 carriers 1USPS the other is a blank image and USPS says 2-8 days the other says 3-5 days.

However something is still not configured correctly as they bath say FREE.

Check your zones and see what it or is not enabled and also check the zones within the carrier edit section.

This is what it looks like in my backend for the standard shipping to North America. Is there something wrong with this?

 

One day it was working and then one day it wasn't and when it stopped working, we hadn't done any changes to the shop at all.

Actually that looks OK, Try re-setting the module, if that does not work try uninstalling and re-installing.
