006point5
I was just updating various modules in the admin/Modules/Modules panel and now I get this error message (on an otherwise blank white page) when trying to access the Modules/Modules link: [PrestaShop] Fatal error in module install-1.3.2:Call to undefined method Tools::recurseCopy() Unfortunately, I was doing a bunch of updates and don't remember exactly which module update caused this. I think it was the Homeslider, though. How should I proceed? Thank you. Edited April 9, 2014 by 006point5 (see edit history)
006point5
Update: I deleted the updated homeslider module folder on my server and replaced it with an older version of the module from my local files. Now, the Modules page in the admin works again. So, it looks like there is a problem with the new homeslider (image slider for your homepage) module update. benjamin utterback
Hi everyone, This error is caused by the Home Slider Module. You must delete the folder homeslider via FTP. It is located in the modules folder. Connect to FTP> modules/homeslider . Once you do this, you should be able to access your modules page again. After you have access to the modules page, you can reinstall the Homeslider module. It should show in your Modules list if you search it. If it is not there, please wait an hour or so and refresh. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Thank you and please let me know if you have any more questions.
