You can actually get some paid version theme from Template Monster or Theme Forest. However so far I couldn't find any free theme which specially for 1.6. Tried some bootstrap 3 theme for Prestashop 1.5.x however it does not work as expected in Prestashop 1.6. Probably some tuning work required.
