Default Frontoffice language

Dear all,

 

i couldn't find anything about this topic yet, so I hope you can help me with this questions:

I would like to have the following front office situation:

 

1.) German visitor --> GERMAN front office language

2.) English speaking visitor --> ENGLISH front office language

3.) OTHER LANGUAGE --> ENGLISH front office language

 

At the moment, ALL visitors will see the set default language. If there a possible to ensure that the German visitors will see the German website?
