I tried buy an iMac from prestashop sample data. First quantity is 250, then i bought 1 iMac. Last quantity is 249.My question is about RMA. Why a completed return does not return back quantity to original quantity which is 250 ?2. Still about RMA. An order which is complete returned still has status DELIVERED. I wonder how to modify source code so i can display a status RETURNED. Please give me a clue about what php file and how to modify.3. I wonder how can i know if a customer actually print their invoice or not. I think i need to add a new field in table orders like print_counter and last_print_date. Anyone has done implement his ? rocky Posted October 24, 2009 Share Posted October 24, 2009 For the second question, there is already an order status called "Refund", but if you want to add one called "Returned", you can go to Orders > Statuses, then click "Add new" and enter the appropriate details.
