facebook module doesn't work

as you can see my facebook module doesn't work.

 

ps:in the footer i want to show the categories in 2 columns and the social block below information block(now is below myaccount block), how can i do that?

I have that occasionally, can be fixed. Firstly have you updated to the latest module? If no, try that. If yes try these:

 

1) Simply try resetting the module remember to clearer caches before checking it has worked)

2) If the reset does not work, try uninstall / install

3) If uninstall does not work try uninstall / delete / install

Go to Backoffice/Modules/Positions and move the modules around until they are at the desired position.

i set categories block in 2, 3 or 4 columns but nothing change..

I've also have this problem. I've already tried to clear cache, reinstall... same thing just a blank box.
