Add a field in the form of creating commands from BO

My version is 1.5.6.2 prestashop 

I would like to add a new field in the form of creating commands from the back office. 

I would like, in the summary of the order creation, add a drop-down "Order type" list. 

 

I create a new field in the table ps_orders "order_type". 

 

I am a beginner and I do not know php. What files do I edit to insert the drop-down list to the form and update the database with this new information?
