PrestaShop Expert needed for Cart Summary and Cart Block customization

We are in search of a certified PrestaShop developer or someone with extensive PrestaShop customization experience that can make unique customizations to our online store.

 

The Cart Summary and Cart Block (lower right column) need to show prices based on the quantity in the customers' cart. 

We are using different Cart Rules for most of the product categories...  Currently, its displaying the List Price as the Unit Price.  The unit price needs to include the discount.

 

Update as of 04/06/2014

 

This has been solved using Catalog Price Rules, because they display the Unit Price in the Cart with the discount included, unlike Cart rules.
