I am busily updating my translations into French, in the Back Office (says it is using default, when I actually want to use the UniqueTheme I have) but it does not give me a choice as to which theme I am accessing. The problem is, when I try to upload my changes, it give me the error "Directory cannot be Created"!!! Anyone have this problem? What did you do to rectify it? Thanks. The Report Store Posted April 4, 2014 Author Share Posted April 4, 2014 (edited) This is how I am trying to translate. 1) Back Office Translations 2) Choose language flag 3) Go to field that I want to change (pink blanked out one) 4) Enter the new word 5) Click on Update Translations 6) Comes up with Directory Cannot be created Am I doing something wrong? Just contacted GoDaddy and they said they changed the permissions to Write on that directory, but it's still not working. Could it possibly take an hour or so for that change to go through?
