Unable to modify translation

In PS 1.6 I have modified my english translation to remove all references for "Tax incl" and "Tax excl".

 

I have triple checked the translation modifications and cannot find a reference to either of the two translations, so it would appear that I have removed all of the references.

 

Yet when I perform a test and add a product to the cart it still shows the "Tax excl" and/or "Tax incl"

 

Does anyone know where these translations are located so I can remove them entirely?
