PHP Errors after upgrade from 1.4 to 1.5

Hello,

I successful upgrade Prestashop from 1.4 to 1.5 but checking apache error logs i found following errors:

Does anyone know what causes this errors and how to fix this?

well, seems a template error. you tried the default template of prestashop? if not, put the default theme of ps 1.5
