Combination attributes missing after upgrade

When i upgrade my prestashop from 1.3.11 to 1.4.11 and later 1 click update to 1.5.6.2 half my product have missig combination attributes ;(

 

Can anybody help my, in database there are and everything look ok.

have you any error?

maybe your execution_time is to short for insert all your database.

Execution time I change to 120 and nothing change

 

This product don't show Combination attributes and quantity show for all with quantity sum

This is 50/50 to have and don't have.

products wich missing attribute are the last?

like id_product 1-200 ok and 201-400 not ok?

First don't have Combination

Look like 1-200 is ok and from 201-400 not with some random from value from 1-200
