Moving the reference, quantity, add to cart and price in the product page

I need help moving some items in the Product page around. Id like to move the 'reference' line to the bottom of the product details. When I try to, it also moves the quantity box (the quantity and reference are linked somehow by #buy_block p). I'd like the price of the product in the top left corner (where the reference line is). The add to cart should be next to the quantity box. It is aligned, but when viewing different products the add to cart button moves. How do I get it to always be on the same line as the quantity box? Thank you!
