Rich Girl
I have been going back and forth with prestashop and my hosting on this issue and still it's not resolved my thumbnails want show unless you click into them only the main photo shows prestashop told me it was because my server did not have enough memory to regenerate the photos so I called them that increased my memory and I'm getting the same results when i try to regenerate it times out and give me the 500 Internal Server error does anyone have a solution for this because this make my site look very unprofessional. pets11
Have you tried resizing one group at a time instead of the default "all" option? Trying to do them all at once has given me trouble. Even though you are getting the error, some images should still be regenerating. Have you tried repeating after unselecting the "Deselect this checkbox only if your server timed out and you need to resume the regeneration." ? pets11
Try enabling medium-default for products on your image options. http://fashionfrenzy88net.ipage.com/img/p/1/7/9/6/1796-medium_default.jpg

pets11
Sorry,... do you have cart_default enabled for products on your image options? If so, turn on error reporting and try regenerating again and see if any errors are reported. http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/224525-how-to-turn-on-error-reporting-for-debug-information/
