How to display product's "Ref. no." in product list in front office?

Is there some way to display Refernce no. in the product list and in the detail of the product. I'm using PS 1.0.0.8 with customized theme. I need to display the Ref. # above features which are displayed in the product-list.tpl code like this:

                    {foreach from=$product.features item=feature name=features}         
{$feature.name|escape:'htmlall':'UTF-8'}: {$feature.value|escape:'htmlall':'UTF-8'}

                      {/foreach}
