Attribute values after CSV import

Hi,

after importing a series of combinations using the CSV import function, allt the values for the attributes is getting a different order. I want it to be alphabetical and numbers in series. This problem occurs even thou the CSV file has the correct order of all attribute values. I've tried raising the max_input_vars according to another thread but with no success. Anyone that has a clue about how to solve this? Oh, and it is far to many attributes to sort them back end using drag-and-drop function.
