Kimss Posted May 13, 2014 Share Posted May 13, 2014 Wow, your shop is looking good, well stocked and the decision to put some brewing guides with videos up on the site is practically genius! If I had to change anything, I'd be a bit more aggressive in how the "real estate" is distributed. For example you have to go below the fold, before you can put something in your basket on the front page. It probably won't boost your sales through the roof, if you made some changes there. But I'm sure it will make a small difference. We're talking 0.0-something. But that stuff will add up in the long run. If you look at it over a whole year, an increase of just 0.02% translates to an extra week's worth of revenue. The point is your work's only just begun Now you have to hunt for those small improvements and those are the hard ones to find.
