[SOLVED]System Compatibility Errors

I have been trying to install prestahop on my hosting. But when I come to step System Compatibility , I get error as below . Please advise me what to do

what are the steps you are using to install?

I used  winSCP ( FTP ) program to load the files which I downloaded from prestashop.com . I put the folder of " prestashop"  into httpdocs.  And then I wrote  www.mydomainname.com.tr/prestashop   and started to install.   on the step 3 ( System compatibility ) I got this error.

most often this is a result of files not being owned by your domain name. i.e. see chown

 

generally if you add a domain name using cpanel/plesk the file owner will be your domain name (typcially minus the www).

 

but if for example I using hosting back office or tunnel like putty create the folder, files will be owned by id of creator (typically root).  or I use ftp not assined to that domain but to my IP hosting this can lead to this sort of behavior.

 

Try this, remove all  files, add new ftp user under that domain.

 

Use that ftp connection to upload files.
