Permisi para master prestashop smua..saya mau tanya kenapa saat saya mau akses ke front office tidak bisa dan keluar pesan error :

2. This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.

Ada baris script redirect yang tidak benar dalam prestashop anda.

Jika hal ini terjadi pada semua halaman, maka kemungkinan besar baris script redirect tsb berada pada :

FrontController.php , AuthController.php

 

Apakah yang di maksud baris script redirect ?

Contohnya sbb :

Tools::redirect('page.php');
// Atau
header('Location: page.php');

Jika baris tsb ada dalam file page.php dan kemudian anda membuka halaman tsb, maka halaman tsb tidak akan pernah berhenti untuk mengarahkan kembali ke halaman page.php, padahal anda sudah berada pada halaman yang dimaksud.

 

Periksa file Prestashop anda, ingat-ingat module 3rd party atau modifikasi apa yang sebelumnya anda lakukan.

Saya hanya belum bisa membuka page front office.
dan kalau boleh tau FrontController.php , AuthController.php ada dimana ya biar saya cari dan saya edit.

 

saya belum menggunakan 3rd party, hanya module biasa / bawaan dari prestashop sendiri..
