If users have touch enabled support in their browser they wont see Add to cart button on home page and Product grid, Their cart won't work and maybe something else. Most of people have this turned off but some have turn it on. For example in FF, if you turn on Responsive design view and then click on Simulate touch events, it will turn on touch events. But when you turn off Simulate button, touch events stays on. You then need to change it in about:config We cannot ask our clients to change their browser settings so they can see our site the right way.
