Can't see Themes or Logo page

When I click on Modules & Themes Catalog

 

The only thing that Loads is the

 

Check Out our best modules (advertising)

 

And won't show me my LOGO or my theme's Installed - UM i could be out to lunch here I think i Just found it was under Preference  - Themes OPPS...

 

Just curious if this is the only thing that is suppose to load on the page above..
