Make a certain category, with sub categories, non clickable

Please see the attached image .. 

 

Is it possible to disable the clickability of  "Showroom Stock ready to go", so the client can only click on one of the subcategories?

 

Currently if you click on "Showroom Stock ready to go", it loads a page displaying the sub categories ... I would like to disable this
