If 1.6, you can try http://addons.prestashop.com/en/advertising-marketing-newsletter-modules/17866-soundest-email-marketing-for-e-commerce.html They have responsive email templates, automatic segmentation, 15 000 free emails/month , etc. If you want more features you can upgrade to paid plan inside that module.
