admin - shipping fees can't save

Dear all,

i have a long list of zone defined(around 60 zones), and each with 6 range of weight.

When i edit the fees and click Save, the page just redirect to Shipping admin default page and nothing happen, nothing is saved! No error is displayed.

I remember i saw somewhere there is something to do with php.ini or .htaccess settings required, i can't find anymore anywhere! please help....

my hosting is using suPHP, something to do with suPHP? anything to do with maximum post size?
