Importing table form 1.4 to 1.6 database

Hello,

 

I'm trying to import tables from my old store developped on prestashop 1.4, to my new store developped on prestashop 1.6.

 

In phpmydamin, I am exporting category tables :

 

ps_category

ps_category_group

ps_category_lang

ps_category_shop

 

Then i import these tables in my prestashop 1.6 database.

 

I see no categories in the backoffice.

 

I go to module and check the menu module -> no categories !

 

What am i doing wrong ?

You have to fill also the ps_category_shop table, which didn't exist in 1.4.

If you have already done it, check whether id's are consistent.

Pay attention also with other tables which have the suffix _shop
