Where can I change the registration form template for a new client?

Registration form is made from many templates. Be more specific about what you want to change, and the PS version you are using.

My PS version is 1.6

 

My problem is that when registering the system shows a message "Missing Last name an Name" but I cannot find the place where to add it.

And so customers cannot register...

I´ll expalin it detailed:

 

I create a new customer in my shop (I have selected Standard reg. at Preferences).

When adding my address the system shows the message "last name and name necessary" but I have already wrote it (on previous step) when writting my email, nam and last name.

BUT there is no box to write name and last name again on the address form (first address).

Why is it showing this message or how can I solve the problem?

 

My PS version is 1.6 (last version March 2014) and my them is default´s theme bootstrap.

One more thing (in case has anything to do with the problem):

 

At the configuration step I have chosen not to ask for the DNI when registering.
