module modification (visual)

hello,

 

so I'm making the shop contact lens seller & those lens have several options. most of the job is done with the help of module attribute wizard and now it needs to display correctly.

 

I need someone who is familiar with contact lens selling specifics to make necessary visual  modifications

P.S.: what you see on my demo link is not done correctly so it needs to be remade as if the nomber of dropdowns are changing according to product specifications. some have color options too
