HELP needed identifying a performance issue

Hi all,

 

I am STILL struggling with my performance problem on www.haisler.dk ... there is an extremely long waiting time before my first page appears... (See attachment)

 

The test is done using this tool:

My PrestaShop developer has not been able to identify the problem, and says that the PrestaShop is working as it should.. he is pointing at the server.  

 

My site is hosted at meebox and they say that the server is running as it should ?? .. i do not know how to proceed from here, and hope someone can help me... or perhaps point me to some tools that can be more specific about the waiting time.

 

I really need to get rid of this waiting time.

Hi.. thank .. looks interesting.. unfortunately my issue is not related to loading JavaScript...

 

But when my issue is solved, i would look into your module to gain further performance.

above the page render times can be directly related to javascript loads. :) 

 

but when you are ready to put some extra giddy up in your page render, give it another look

I am a bit closer now.. it is a "common" situation: "Time to first byte" on the second request to the site.

Have you tried Chrome Developers tools.

In Chrome type F12 and check Timeline. If you don't see results, refresh site while tools are open. Maybe you'll get something to help you.

 

Hi.. i have tried Chrome dev. tools but i get no results in timeline .. even when refreshing.. but i get this message:

Hi,

Your site is relatively good optimised. Your problem is due to your first byte time which is very long. So it is necessary to change your host provider.

Thanks.. i have discussed this with my hosting provide, and they say there PRO-servers are fully optimized and working as they should. They host numerous PrestaShop solutions and have no problems ....

as requested by bellini13 in paid section,  if you  could share with community what was done,  that would be the nice thing.  For some reason I feel warm having to ask.

 

You shop is still rather slow..at least in google performance tool.  Never ending battle. :)
