Error installing

Hi there,

 

I'm trying to install Prestashop on my localhost (MAMP). At the third step of the installation I get the following error: 

 

Files

• All files are not successfully uploaded on your server
  

 

Permissions on files and folders

• Recursive write permissions for Apache user on ~/translations/
  
• Recursive write permissions for Apache user on ~/upload/
  

 

Recomended PHP parameters

• PHP magic quotes option is enabled
  

 

I already already searched on Google and this forum, but I don't get it quite (I'm a newbie to Apache). Is there anyone who can tell me what to do?

It's weird to receive permission errors on a local machine. Make sure MAMP has the right permissions to write in the folder you wish to install prestashop. Also, on mamp's config (php.ini), set magic_quotes_gpc to off
