[Ajax / Server Error for action backupFiles]

Hello.

 

When upgrading from 1.5.4.1 to 1.6 with 1-click i get this error:

 

[Ajax / Server Error for action backupFiles] textStatus: "error " errorThrown:"Internal Server Error " jqXHR: " "

 

I have tried all solutions already described in forum:

 

1.) Channel: local archive (uploaded manually)

2.) the one on github

3.) and described on forge

 

Does anyone have any other ideas?

This solution worked!!!

 

1º go to your server and make a complete manualy backup from all filles by FTP and backup you data base by backoffice
2º go to backoffice --> 1 - click module --> deactivate the option of making an automatic backup from files and database
3º update with the 1-click module option
