Prestashop 1.5.6 Shipping and logistics module needed

Hi,

We need a module for prestashop 1.5.6 which manages our shipping entirely. I will explain the limitations of the prestashop for us and just try and resolve this problem for us. 
We deal in 2 types of orders
1. COD – Cash on delivery, i.e. payment on delivery
2. Prepaid – Customer pays by card online
We have 4 courier partners namely FedEx, DHL, Aramex, Gojavas. Each of them has a service availability issue. Where in 
1. FedEx has 5000 pin codes serving prepaid orders and 3000 pin codes for COD orders. Also note that the pin codes serving COD are included in prepaid as well. It means that 2000 pin codes can serve only on prepaid orders
2. DHL serves 4000 codes for prepaid and 3000 for COD
3. Aramex serves 4000 codes for prepaid and 3500 for COD
4. Gojavas Serves 2100 codes for cod and prepaid both
Now India has around 8000 pin codes and we have in total reach for 5000 zip codes only. There might be cases where a pin code has all services from all courier partners. So we want the system to run in such a way where the customer when enters the shipping address, then gets a courier option based on the pin code. Courier option should also affect the payment tab as if COD is not available on a code then prepaid option should only be shown in payments. Also note that we should have the option to prioritize the default like if we want to prioritize in a way from right to left. 
FedEx- dhl – gojavas – aramex.
So now when the shipping available from all brands, so default selection is FedEx and if only go javas and aramex are having service then gojavas is default. 
These companies annually add or delete some pin codes service. So we also need an option to upload a file which refreshes system data of pin code service. 
We also need an option to enter a new courier partner with their respective services.
