[solved] How do I remove "index.php?" from adress bar

Recommended Posts

Hello every one, i am trying to build up an online shop with Presta 1.6 - Great job with this version.

Anyway, not sure the problem, minor, i have is from Presta or from the host settings.

My url is www.mystore.ro but after launching in browser it becomes www.mystore.ro/index.php?

I want to remove that "index.php?" from the end of my URL, how can i manage that?

Thank you for support and patient for noob questions :)

possible this way I think...

back office--->preferences-->seo & urls

find index and delete the friendly url index.php

hopefully my guess will work for you, note if it does and you mulit-language...make sure to change other languages

Hi there,

I installed Presta 2-3 days ago, I am less than a bigginer and among the settings i am trying to do is this one - maybe is smth from the host ?!

As for your question, I am using in this moment about 80% of initial settings of Presta - so dunno if it is friendly URL or not :)

Even so this is not major thing i need to solve, but yet it bother me.
