Payment Issue via Paypal

Hello All 

 

I have a store in place, issue been when a user places an item into the cart and then when they click pay via paypal the user gets redirected to the below link 

 

http://https//www.chatchydora.co.uk/modules/paypal/express_checkout/payment.php

 

For some reason the URL at the start is getting messed up, and also I am NOT using HTTPS yet on my site so i don't know whats going on 

 

I have removed the paypal module and re installed same issue. Its NOT running in test mode, and now this is the only issue stopping the site going live. 

 

Has anyone see this before, or can help in anyway to advise what I need to do to fix it?
