Bank transfer confirmation form

Hi, every one 

 

I use PrestaShop 1.5.2.0 and I looking for some thing to help me about confirm customer bank transfer 

 

for example, I add 4 different Bank account numbers in my shop. now after the customer wanna checkout and make the wire bank transfer and the transfer completed. I want to Add link or button to Pop Up confirmation form to fill it and thin hi press SEND.

 

is there any free modules doing this? or any Suggestion.

If you offer payment by bank transfer in your shop then you should know that the transfers take

different long time depending on what bank, branch and in what country youyr customer reside in.

 

You probably offer that kind of payment because it is simple, and easy. It is also the most accepted

and safest way to pay for something as a customer because they keep all their private information

out of sight for the shop. 

 

The only way it would be possible for you to get a confirmation of a wire payment is to ask your

customers to upload a receipt of their payment, wich in this case would take away the safty of

keeping their confidential information safe. Your customer would not like that at all.

 

As I see it, you will have to give information to your customers to enter the invoice number or

an invoice code as a message in their payment. In that way you can see in your online banking

when the different payment arrive and who has been paying.

 

After that you will have to manually change the status of you invoice from awaiting payment to

status payed.

 

I hope that is an answer you can live with.

I think there misuderstood from realtimebasketcase.

 

I see what fawazsultan wants was: something to inform the admin, so admin can take action by checking his bank account and make sure the wire from customer are arrived.

the point is like: customer said to admin "HEY, I JUST TRANSFERED THE PAYMENT, PLEASE CHECK"

 

so it is absolutely still save and private, the invoice attachment doesn't always required (except if there any problems in wire).

 

and anyway, i've been looking for something similar. I found one here http://www.prestashop.com/forums/viewthread/56642/ but it doesn't work on my prestashop 1.6

it is basically modified message. I wish I could make it work.
