top4nutrition Posted March 20, 2014 Share Posted March 20, 2014 hi folks in not a new member just forgot my old login hope you are all well. my front office is working as usual my back office however - get ready I click products, it brings all 103 up, I click on product 1 and all I see is Catalog Products Edit (product1) save, back to list, edit, delete etc the rest of the page is blank!!! so I can adjust price or quantites as they don't even show up its literally a white screen. been 48 hours now and I am unable to do anything at all. I tried adding a new product and exactly the same happened blank screen please help ASAP I have tonnes of work to do and products to adjust!! thanks guys Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
top4nutrition Posted March 20, 2014 Author Share Posted March 20, 2014 also the image slider on the homepage isn't working it just displays all five pics in a block. and when you click add to cart it takes you straight to checkout page, rather than just carry on shopping as usual. Bill Dalton Posted March 20, 2014 Share Posted March 20, 2014 I'm not a [spam-filter], I'm just polite. Sounds like your java script is not working or it could be a missing CSS file. I assume if you had a backup you would have installed it by now. Don't panic, it sounds like your database is ok, it is just some missing piece of code. Can you post a link?
