Can't delete address from customer account

Hi

I'm using prestashop 1.5.3.1. and gomarket theme.

When customer want to delete an address from the front office, gets an HTTP 500 Internal Server Error. And if customer want to update the address, gets an error:

 

There are 4 errors

1. company is required.
2. mobile phone is required.
3. The field company is required.
4. The field mobile phone is required.

Please see attachment 1. But these fields are not required when a customer registers. I also tried to delete the address from back office I get an Error, please see attachment 2.

 

I tried to search for the solution, but couldn't find it. Please help!
