HELP! launch in 2 days, blank page after picking carrier?

I have a serious problem. launching site in two days and all of a sudden the checkout process is broken

 

once I choose the carrier and click next it brings up a blank white page. this is the url that it goes to

I do loose my favacon in the address bar and it is replaced by the host providers favacon? odd

 

So a restore mutliple backups from c-panel and all of them have this same problem?

 

is it a server problem? this all started after creating a multistore on a subdomain, but dumped all of that and restored the store from various backups and still no fix?
