benjamin utterback
I am unable to see image thumbnail generated on product page I dod not understand what is the issue? This is probably because you uploaded a 1.5 database into a fresh 1.6 installation.

Arnel
Hello Lovemyseo, Sorry to hear about your problem. I took a look at your links too and it's pretty odd. One of the features in PrestaShop is the option to rebuild the thumbnails (in the PrestaShop Administrator under IMAGES) which may help. However, before you try that, I did notice an issue. When I try to view the broken image links on your server in a browser, I'm getting a 500 error:http://egeneral.net/newbiosite/2000-home/realtime-stain-generon.jpg http://egeneral.net/newbiosite/2000-large/realtime-stain-generon.jpg Your other image links have a totally different URL and work. I went back to my own test sites (for 1.5 and 1.6) and I could view my graphics with no problem. I would double-check why those error are happening first to see if that's a possible issue for you. If anyone else reviews these image links can you confirm the error I'm seeing? I hope this helps to narrow the issue down. Let us know if you have any progress on the issue. Regards, Arnel C. InMotion Hosting Community Support Team The main issue is that on my previous version goelectrphoresis.com/newbiosite images are displaying from proper directory after 1 click upgrade to 1.6 I am facing this issue few image path are being accessed from main root egener.net/newbiosite and few from main img folder egeneral.net/newbiosite/img but in PS 1.5 image folder all altogether different it seems like a big bug to me
