New custom theme for PS 1.6

I just posted a job offer at odesk and I thought I´ll put it here too  

 

Prestashop 1.6 is released and I need a responsive custom theme made and get a new store up and running. 

The theme 
Maybe it´s possible to start from the new and responsive default theme in PS 1.6, or maybe there are others more suitable. I want a real simple store looking like the attached image. 
The image is showing the products in a category in list view and grid view, with blue numbers corresponding to issues below: 


A. The layout ”around” the shop: responsive 
1. The yellow margins to disappear at smaller screen width . 
2. The logo tagline "Praktisk kunskap om självhushållning” disappear when it does not fit .  
3. After that the logo ”Alternativ.nu” start to shrink to fit. 

B. Breadcrumbs 
1. Breadcrumbs should stay be fixed at the top of the page when you scroll, likewww.sutanaryan.com/Tutorials/fixed-menu-when-scrolling-page-with-CSS-and-jQuery/ 
2. The shadow under them does not arise until they're at the top, see https://plus.google.com 
3. If the entire row will not fit, links disappear starting from the left. 

C. The side bar: Jquery mobile panel. 
1. For large screen widths, the sidebar is shown and within the layout as shown. At small screen widths (phones) when panel must be activated by a click, the panel starts at the top, just like onhttp://demos.jquerymobile.com/1.4.2/panel/  
The panel is fixed like on http://demos.jquerymobile.com/1.4.2/panel-fixed/ 
2. Button for activating panel appear at the far right of the breadcrumbs list when sidebar is hidden.
3. Search box is placed at the top side in panel. 
4. Sign in /account 
5. Cart 
6. Links (to other places on the site) 
7. Categories 
8. Links (News, FAQ, Contact) 

D. More 
News and best sellers on first page. 
Simple one page checkout 

Other things: 
-Customized mail to customer and store owner on order ( Details later). 
-Import products (100) from old store. 


The new store will be at www.alternativ.nu/butik but there is already an installed shop on a development server, ready to start working with: dev.alternativ.nu/butik 

Please consider if this is a job for you, and give me in this case a price. A fixed price, or your hourly rate and estimated number of hours.

No, I mean do you have design framwork or psd or want to desiogn it from scratch? According to attachment you have design and want some modifications.

No, there´s no existing theme. You´ll have to start from the default 1.6 theme or som other suitable theme.
