martinkay
Hi allI have imported my store to Prestashop from another package, and the last little job to do, is that there is a customer on the old site I owe £11.90 to, who has said he will take it as a discount off his next order. I have set him up with a customer account, but wanted to be able to assign him this amount as an opening credit. Is there any way to do this? Or how else could I do this? ThanksMartin
Paulito
Good morning Why not give him a voucher for the amount you owe him Paul

martinkay
Thanks, I have found it Do I have to send the customer the code, or does it automatically apply next time he places an order? The latter would be nice as it would be a pleasant surprise.
Paulito
Hello again Well, I have not had to give a discount voucher so I cannot help their but: Invent a customer in your back office and try adding a voucher then login again and see what happens, I am sure it will work as you expect. And yes, it is a good idea to email a voucher code Paul
