set one static price

I have a small problem.
I helping a friend of mine that owns a Graphics store that prints on T-shirt.

I´m trying to add1 price that are static.

Like this example:

1 start cost: 150.00 $
1 t-shirt: 90.00 $
1 print: 5.00 $

1 start cost: 150.00 $
2 t-shirt: 90.00 $
2 print: 5.00 $

1 start cost: 150.00 $
3 t-shirt: 90.00 $
3 print: 5.00 $

I hope that you understand what i mean.
I´m not so god to explane in english, I´m better in swedish
